⚠️ Injection Advice
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.
For unfilled polyamides, DOMO recommends the use of high alloy steel with a low chromium content. For example: X38CrMoV5-1 (EN Norm) – 1.2367/1.2343 (DIN Norm).
🎯 Target Applications
Drive pulleys, guide wheels
Slides, sliders, bushings
Wear parts, transmission components
Sports equipment, office equipment components
📌 Note: This grade is available exclusively for the Asian market (including China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, etc.). For other regions, please contact DOMO Chemicals for equivalent alternatives.
