TECHNYL® SHAPE A 402H1 NC (previously TECHNYL A 402H1 NATURAL) is an unreinforced polyamide 66 (PA66) grade with very high viscosity, heat stabilized, suitable for extrusion and injection molding. This grade offers three main advantages: high impact resistance at low humidity levels, good rigidity, and excellent compression resistance. It is an ideal material choice for profile extrusion, tubing, and injection molded parts requiring high melt strength.

⚠️ Processing Advice

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.

For extrusion applications, use a screw design specifically for very high viscosity grades to ensure stable melt pressure and good profile dimensional stability.
