TECHNYL® SHAPE C 402 NC (previously DOMAMID 6HV NC01) is a high viscosity polyamide 6 (PA6) grade, specifically developed for extrusion and injection molding applications. This product offers excellent processability, good mechanical properties, and outstanding electrical insulation performance, making it an ideal material choice for profile extrusion, tubing, and general industrial injection molded parts.

⚠️ Processing Advice

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.

For extrusion applications, use a screw design specifically for high viscosity grades to ensure stable melt pressure and good profile dimensional stability.
