TECHNYL® PROTECT AT 20 V25 P NC is a PA66/PET blend red phosphorus flame retardant grade, reinforced with 25% glass fiber with heat-aging stabilization, specifically developed for injection molding. This grade offers UL94 V0 flammability rating (0.75mm), excellent glow wire performance (GWFI 960°C), as well as good mechanical properties and thermal stability. Suitable for electrical/electronic applications, small appliances, connectors, and more.

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.

All reinforced, flame retardant compounds generate some level of abrasion/corrosion to steel processing equipment. DOMO recommends using steel with high chromium and high carbon content (minimum 16% chromium) to prevent corrosion and abrasion. Strictly follow recommended processing conditions.
