TECHNYL® ONE J 60X1 V30 BK is a high-temperature polyamide (PA66/6T copolymer) based material featuring a non-halogenated flame retardant system, reinforced with 30% glass fiber, specifically developed for injection molding. This grade achieves UL94 V0 rating at 0.4mm ultra-thin wall thickness, with unmatched thermal aging properties (150°C electrical RTI) and outstanding electrical characteristics (CTI ≥600V, PLC 0 rating). Compared to traditional high-performance plastics, this product offers superior electrical performance. Its low corrosion characteristic ensures longer processing equipment life, and it is laser welding suitable. This grade is the ideal choice for demanding electrical/electronic applications.

⚠️ Injection Advice
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours, recommended moisture content ≤0.15%.
All reinforced, flame retardant compounds generate some level of abrasion/corrosion to steel processing equipment. DOMO recommends using steel with high chromium and high carbon content (minimum 16% chromium) for equipment in contact with molten flame retardant compounds. Strictly follow recommended processing conditions to prevent corrosion and ensure product performance.
