TECHNYL® A 218S V43 BK 110 (previously DOMAMID 66G43H2 110 BK99) is a 43% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA66) grade with heat stabilization, specifically developed for injection molding. This product offers an excellent combination of thermal and mechanical properties, delivering exceptional rigidity and strength. Available exclusively for the Asian market, it is an ideal material choice for automotive components, power tools, and garden equipment structural parts.

⚠️ Injection Advice

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.

High glass fiber content materials cause some wear to processing equipment. Use abrasion-resistant screw and barrel components.
