  • Excellent Surface Finish: Flat glass fiber improves surface smoothness
  • Heat-Aging Stabilized: Long-term thermal aging resistance

⚙️ Processing Conditions

🌡️ Drying Conditions
75-85°C / 2-4 hours
Dew point ≤ -30°C
💧 Max Moisture
0.2%
🔥 Recommended Melt Temperature
280 – 305°C
🏭 Mold Temperature
70 – 100°C
(Up to 120°C for high surface quality)

⚠️ Injection Advice

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.

For reinforced polyamides, DOMO recommends the use of steel with high carbon content, purified for polishing, to avoid or limit abrasion. For example: X38CrMoV5-1 (EN Norm) – 1.2367/1.2343 (DIN Norm) or X160CrMoV12 – 1.2601/1.2379 (DIN Norm).
