PA66/6 copolymer with excellent impact toughness and flowability, natural color option — ideal for electronic connectors and appliance insulation parts.

A 50X1 BK D

PA66+PA6 blend with high flowability (D suffix), Asia availability — ideal for thin-wall complex connectors and high-volume injection molding.

Drying Temp/Time: 80°C / 2-4 hours
Max Moisture: 0.2%
Rear Zone Temp: 245-275°C (grade dependent)
Front Zone Temp: 250-275°C
Mold Temp: 60-80°C (up to 120°C)
Dew Point: ≤ -20°C

※ All reinforced flame retardant compounds cause wear/corrosion to processing equipment. Use steel with chromium content ≥16%.
