TECHNYL® PROTECT A 60G1 V30 BK-K is a 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA66) compound, featuring a halogen-free and red phosphorus-free flame retardant system with heat stabilization. Specifically developed for injection molding applications, this grade is available exclusively for the Asian market. It delivers an exceptional balance of mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and electrical safety, making it an ideal choice for high-voltage connectors, EV charging components, and demanding electrical applications.

⚠️ Injection Advice

All reinforced, flame retardant compounds generate some level of abrasion/corrosion to steel processing equipment. DOMO recommends using steel with high chromium and high carbon content (minimum 16% chromium) for equipment in contact with molten flame retardant compounds. Strictly follow recommended processing conditions to prevent corrosion and ensure product performance.

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.
