📊 Mechanical Properties Analysis
• High Rigidity: Dry tensile modulus of 12500 MPa, flexural modulus of 11000 MPa, and flexural strength of 260 MPa provide excellent structural load-bearing capacity.
• Thin-Wall Part Suitability: 35% glass fiber reinforcement provides excellent rigidity and dimensional stability for thin-wall stressed components.
• Good Impact Resistance: Dry Charpy notched impact of 10 kJ/m², increasing to 12 kJ/m² after conditioning.
• Improved Toughness After Conditioning: Strain at break increases from 2.1% to 3.2%.
🔥 Red Phosphorous Flame Retardant Technology
• High Efficiency: Red phosphorous FR system achieves UL94 V0 rating at low addition levels, minimizing impact on mechanical properties.
• Halogen Free: Meets halogen-free requirements with low smoke and low corrosive gas emissions during combustion.
• Good Electrical Properties: Maintains excellent insulation resistance and arc resistance.
• Processing Note: Strict process control is required to prevent thermal degradation and gas evolution.
