⚠️ Injection Molding Advice
- Equipment Corrosion Protection — All reinforced flame retardant compounds generate some level of abrasion/corrosion to processing equipment. Use steel with high chromium and high carbon content (minimum 16% chromium).
- Process Window Control — Incorrect processing conditions (temperature, residence time, moisture level) can affect part quality and accelerate equipment wear. Strictly follow this technical data sheet.
- Parameter Adjustability — Processing temperatures are recommendations and can be adjusted based on injection machine size, part geometry, and design.
📋 Product Renaming Information
This grade was formerly known as TECHNYL A 60G1 V30 NATURAL or DOMAMID FR 66G30VOE NC. Domo has integrated it into the TECHNYL PROTECT flame retardant product line. The new designation PROTECT A 60G1 V30 NC more clearly reflects the product’s flame retardant characteristics and technology platform. The material formulation and properties remain unchanged — customers can confidently transition to the new name.
