🔹 PA6-Based
For Moderate EV Temperatures
Specifically designed for moderate coolant aging temperatures typical of EVs, successfully tested for 12,000 hours at 80°C. The stable tensile strength retention proves its suitability for EV cooling components.
TECHNYL C218 V30 BK 34NG LP is also suitable for immersion cooling, with mechanical performance retained after 1000h @ 100°C in various dielectric e-fluids.
🔹 PA66-Based
Hydrolysis Resistance · Sustainable Option
The well-established PA66 GF30 solution TECHNYL® A 218 V30 BK 34NG is a proven hydrolysis-resistant solution. The new recycled-based version provides similar performance levels compared to the virgin-based alternative.
Also available in black laser transparent (TECHNYL STAR AF 219 V30 BK LT) and high-purity (TECHNYL PURE A 219E1 V30 BK) versions.
🔹 PA6.10-Based
PPA Replacement
For more demanding conditions, alternative engineered materials based on PA6.10 or PA66/6.10 can substitute PPA compounds, offering comparable dimensional stability and cooling performance.
TECHNYL® D 218 V30 BK matches PPA in dimensional stability. TECHNYL® D 219 V50 BK even outperforms PPA in some properties.
