TECHNYL® C 202 NC XB (previously DOMAMID 6 NC) is an unreinforced polyamide 6 (PA6) grade with standard viscosity, specifically developed for injection molding. This grade offers all the primary properties of unreinforced PA6: excellent thermal and mechanical properties, good chemical resistance, excellent impact resistance, and good abrasion resistance. It is an ideal material choice for general industrial components, consumer goods, and electrical applications.

⚙️ Processing Conditions

230 – 250°C

⚠️ Injection Advice

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.

For unfilled polyamides, DOMO recommends the use of high alloy steel with a low chromium content. For example: X38CrMoV5-1 (EN Norm) – 1.2367/1.2343 (DIN Norm).
