TECHNYL® SAFE A 219FC V30 BK is a 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA66) grade with organic heat stabilizer, food contact approved, specifically developed for injection molding. Designed for molded parts requiring an excellent combination of thermal and mechanical properties, good hydrolysis resistance, and food contact compliance in industrial, consumer goods, and appliance applications.

⚠️ Injection Advice

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.

For reinforced polyamides, DOMO recommends the use of steel with high carbon content, purified for polishing, to avoid or limit abrasion. For example: X38CrMoV5-1 (EN Norm) – 1.2367/1.2343 (DIN Norm) or X160CrMoV12 – 1.2601/1.2379 (DIN Norm). For high surface quality requirements, mold temperature up to 120°C can be considered.
