TECHNYL® PROTECT A 50X2 NC XB (formerly DOMAMID FR 66/6VOM) is an unreinforced halogen-free flame retardant PA66/6 copolymer with heat-aging stabilization, designed for injection molding. This grade achieves UL94 V0 at 0.4mm ultra-thin wall thickness while offering CTI 600V excellent electrical performance. The natural color version is suitable for connectors, switches, relays and other E&E applications.

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment, dew point minimum -30°C, recommended time 2-4 hours.

These parameters are typical of the product but should be related to the type of machinery used and to the type of moulded part.
