TECHNYL® MAX A 218 XV65 BK 9290 is a 65% ultra-high glass fiber reinforced Polyamide 66 (PA66) grade designed for injection molding. Available in Asia only. This grade offers ultra-high rigidity and strength with tensile modulus up to 25000 MPa and flexural strength of 360 MPa, making it an ideal choice for metal replacement. The black version is suitable for automotive components and ultra-high strength structural applications.

⚙️ Processing Conditions

70 – 100°C
(Up to 120°C for high surface quality)

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment, dew point minimum -30°C, recommended time 2-4 hours.

For ultra-high reinforced polyamides, DOMO recommends the use of high wear-resistant steel to avoid or reduce abrasion. Strictly follow recommended processing conditions to ensure optimal performance.
