TECHNYL® A 218 V15 BK 21N is a 15% glass fiber reinforced Polyamide 66 (PA66) grade with heat-aging stabilization, designed for injection molding. This product offers an excellent combination of thermal and mechanical properties, featuring good rigidity, strength and heat resistance. The black version is suitable for connectors, E&E applications, consumer applications and industrial applications.

The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment, dew point minimum -20°C, recommended time 2-4 hours.
For reinforced polyamides, DOMO recommends the use of steel with a high content of carbon, and purified for polishing, to avoid or limit abrasion. For example: X38CrMoV5-1 (EN Norm) – 1.2367/1.2343 (DIN Norm) or X160CrMoV12 (EN Norm) – 1.2601/1.2379 (DIN Norm).
