📐 Low Warpage & Dimensional Stability · Advantage of Hybrid Reinforcement
TECHNYL® 4EARTH® C2E 219 MT20 V10 BK H features a hybrid glass fiber and mineral reinforcement system, offering the following advantages:
- Low Warpage: Mineral filler effectively reduces anisotropic shrinkage caused by glass fiber reinforcement, ensuring excellent dimensional stability
- Good Rigidity: Tensile modulus 6000 MPa, flexural modulus 5300 MPa
- High Flowability: MVR 75.0 cm³/10min for complex mold designs
- Recycled Source: Uses post-consumer/post-industrial recycled materials, reducing environmental footprint
- Heat Stabilized: Organic heat stabilizer for long-term thermal aging resistance
- Good Surface Finish: Mineral filler improves surface smoothness
⚙️ Processing Conditions
75-85°C / 2-4 hours
Dew point ≤ -30°C
240 – 270°C
80 – 90°C
(Up to 120°C for high surface quality)
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.
For reinforced polyamides, DOMO recommends using steel with high carbon content, purified for polishing, to avoid or limit abrasion. For example: X38CrMoV5-1 (EN Norm) – 1.2367/1.2343 (DIN Norm) or X160CrMoV12 – 1.2601/1.2379 (DIN Norm).
🎯 Target Applications
Precision structural components, housings
Pump bodies, valve bodies, brackets
Interior parts, structural components
Components requiring environmental certification
