TECHNYL® 4EARTH® C2E 218 V50 BK H (previously ECONOMID PLUS 6G50H2 BK) is a 50% glass fiber reinforced sustainable polyamide 6 (PA6) grade from recycled source, specifically developed for injection molding. This grade offers ultra-high rigidity and high strength with a tensile modulus of 15500 MPa and flexural modulus of 13000 MPa, making it an ideal sustainable material choice for metal replacement and high-rigidity structural applications.

TECHNYL® 4EARTH® series is DOMO Chemicals’ flagship sustainable polyamide product line. C2E 218 V50 BK H offers the following sustainability features:

⚙️ Processing Conditions
Use dehumidified drying
80°C / 2-4 hours
Dew point ≥ -20°C

(Up to 120°C for high surface quality)
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. If the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried with dehumidified air drying equipment (dew point minimum -20°C). Recommended drying time: 2-4 hours.
For reinforced polyamides, DOMO recommends using steel with high carbon content, purified for polishing, to avoid or limit abrasion. For example: X38CrMoV5-1 (EN Norm) – 1.2367/1.2343 (DIN Norm) or X160CrMoV12 – 1.2601/1.2379 (DIN Norm).
